Meetings start at 7:30pm and members can enter the Hall from 7:10pm. Car parking is available on site. Meetings feature expert speakers, who sometimes bring plants with them for sale. In December, there is a special Christmas Event and in the summer, the July and August meetings are replaced by visits to gardens of special interest.

The Club publishes a quarterly Newsletter giving Club news, gardening tips and details of horticultural events in the region. There is an annual membership fee of £20 and members pay £1 per meeting.
